As soon as the payment is made by the client guide book is available for download as well as a copy of the same is sent to the client's Registered Email Address. Since delivery of service from our end is complete as soon as guidebook is made available for downloads / delivered on registered email address of the client. Thus, no refund will be available in any case

NOTE: Test series is provided free of cost, fee is charged for providing guide book. Thus, no fee will be refunded on the basis of claims of test series not undertaken.

Force Majeure
